I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ebru at reception, the rooms left something to be desired as they weren't vacuumed properly and had a lot of dust. The location was great, making it easy to access the nearby university and bus station, but some amenities felt lacking. Overall, I'd say it was decent value for money, but it could definitely use some improvements.
